Để đảm bảo việc đưa đón học sinh bằng xe chở khách đảm bảo an toàn, hoạt động đúng các quy định của nhà nước, Thanh tra Sở GTVT Hà Nội cho biết, lãnh đạo Sở GTVT Hà Nội vừa có văn bản giao Thanh tra giao thông chủ trì phối hợp với CSGT, Cảnh sát trật tự và chính quyền địa phương tổ chức tổng kiểm tra toàn bộ xe hợp đồng đưa đón học sinh trên địa bàn thành phố. Hiện Thanh tra Sở GTVT đang xây dựng kế hoạch để thực hiện triển khai nội dung này trong những ngày tới.
Theo Văn bản số 4560 vừa được lãnh đạo Sở GTVT Hà Nội ký, hiện nay đã bước vào năm học mới, để quản lý tốt hơn nữa hoạt động vận chuyển đưa, đón học sinh trên địa bàn thành phố, đảm bảo an toàn giao thông trong quá trình vận chuyển học sinh, Sở GTVT Hà Nội đề nghị Sở GD&ĐT chỉ đạo các trường học sử dụng xe đưa đón học sinh không ký hợp đồng vận chuyển đối với các đơn vị vận tải không đủ điều kiện; chấm dứt hợp đồng vận chuyển đối với phương tiện, người lái xe ô tô không đủ điều kiện theo quy định; yêu cầu các nhà xe, lái xe tuyệt đối không chở quá tải cho phép, không sử dụng xe hết hạn đăng kiểm, không có phù hiệu “xe hợp đồng” hoặc phù hiệu hết hạn, lái xe không có giấy phép lái xe phù hợp với loại xe đang điều khiển... Chấm dứt hợp đồng và phối hợp với các cơ quan liên quan xử lý nghiêm các lái xe, chủ xe vi phạm.

Chỉ đạo Thanh tra Sở GD&ĐT chủ trì, phối hợp với Thanh tra Sở GTVT tổ chức kiểm tra, rà soát các trường học sử dụng xe hợp đồng đưa đón học sinh.
