Hôm nay 23.8, Văn phòng Hội đồng giáo sư Nhà nước đã công bố danh sách cùng lý lịch khoa học của 448 ứng viên mà các hội đồng cơ sở đề xuất lên 26 ngành, liên ngành (gọi chung là ngành) để xét đạt tiêu chuẩn công nhận GS, PGS năm 2022. Trong đó 52 ứng viên GS, 396 ứng viên PGS.

Tuy nhiên, danh sách trên còn thiếu ứng viên 2 ngành là khoa học an ninh, khoa học quân sự.

Theo Văn phòng Hội đồng GS Nhà nước, ngành khoa học an ninh có 1 ứng viên GS, 17 ứng viên PGS; ngành khoa học quân sự có 22 ứng viên PGS, không có ứng viên GS nào.

Như vậy, tổng cộng cả 28 ngành có 488 ứng viên, trong đó 53 ứng viên GS và 435 ứng viên PGS.

Được biết, trên thực tế các hội đồng cơ sở đề xuất lên 28 hội đồng ngành xét 490 ứng viên, nhưng các danh sách này chưa kịp chuyển lên các hội đồng ngành thì đã có 2 ứng viên xin rút. Cả 2 đều là ứng viên PGS, thuộc ngành y học.

Sau khi danh sách ứng viên được các hội đồng cơ sở gửi lên Văn phòng Hội đồng GS Nhà nước, Văn phòng Hội đồng GS Nhà nước sẽ gửi cho các hội đồng ngành, sau đó các hội đồng ngành sẽ tổ chức họp để xét. Hội đồng ngành xét xong sẽ đề xuất lên Hội đồng GS Nhà nước xét. Chỉ khi Bộ trưởng Bộ GD-ĐT có quyết định công nhận thì chu kỳ xét GS, PGS hàng năm mới tạm kết thúc (nếu sau đó không có khiếu kiện).

Nếu so với cùng cấp xét của đợt xét năm 2021, tổng số ứng viên GS, PGS được các hội đồng cơ sở thông qua để đề nghị lên hội đồng ngành xét giảm không đáng kể (năm 2021 có 495 ứng viên). Nhưng nếu xét riêng ứng viên GS thì năm nay giảm đáng kể (năm ngoái có 67 ứng viên GS), tỷ lệ giảm là 20,9%.

Năm ngoái sau khi hội đồng cơ sở thông qua danh sách để xuất lên các hội đồng ngành thì cũng có 1 ứng viên GS của ngành y xin rút, nên danh sách được chuyển lên các hội đồng ngành chỉ còn lại tổng cộng 494 ứng viên.

Last year, after the grassroots council approved the list to publish to the industry councils, there was also 1 GS candidate from the medical profession who applied for withdrawal, so the list was transferred to the industry councils, only a total of 494 candidates remained. .
