Thí sinh đăng ký xét tuyển đại học duy nhất 1 lần
Năm 2022, Bộ GD&ĐT dự kiến hoặc sẽ lọc ảo đối với phương thức xét học bạ và kết quả thi tốt nghiệp THPT, hoặc sẽ lọc ảo chung tất cả phương thức xét tuyển có sử dụng điểm thi tốt nghiệp THPT hoặc chung tất cả các phương thức.

Một điểm mới quan trọng khác đang được Bộ GD&ĐT dự kiến là năm nay thí sinh chỉ đăng ký nguyện vọng xét tuyển ĐH bằng kết quả thi tốt nghiệp THPT duy nhất 1 lần. Trao đổi với phóng viên, bà Nguyễn Thu Thủy, Vụ trưởng Vụ Giáo dục ĐH, Bộ GD&ĐT cho hay Bộ dự kiến sẽ tách việc đăng ký nguyện vọng tuyển sinh ĐH với đăng ký thi tốt nghiệp. Theo bà Thủy, khi đăng ký xét tuyển vào ngành, trường khác nhau, thí sinh vẫn sắp xếp thứ tự ưu tiên nguyện vọng đăng ký từ cao xuống thấp, và thí sinh sẽ trúng tuyển vào nguyện vọng tốt nhất theo năng lực, nguyện vọng, kết quả thi của mình.
Năm 2022, thí sinh đăng ký xét tuyển chủ yếu bằng hình thức trực tuyến, chỉ những trường hợp bất khả kháng mới sử dụng phương thức trực tiếp trên phiếu như trước đây.
Theo bà Thủy, Bộ GD&ĐT sẽ rà soát chính sách ưu tiên khu vực, đối tượng, áp dụng có lộ trình tạo thuận lợi cho các trường, thí sinh trong việc xác định ưu tiên, vận dụng chính sách ưu tiên.
Thế nào mới hợp lý?
PGS.TS Đỗ Văn Dũng, nguyên hiệu trưởng trường ĐH Sư phạm Kỹ thuật TPHCM tỏ ra băn khoăn vì cho rằng không thể lọc ảo chung phương thức xét học bạ và điểm thi tốt nghiệp THPT. Luật Giáo dục ĐH hiện quy định các trường có thể tuyển sinh nhiều lần trong năm. “Với những trường ĐH tư thục tháng nào cũng tuyển sinh và thí sinh đã nhập học xong xuôi hết rồi thì lọc ảo thế nào”, ông Dũng nói.
Một số dự kiến khác của Bộ GD&ĐT điều chỉnh mang tính kỹ thuật trong Quy chế tuyển sinh năm nay như ngưỡng đảm bảo chất lượng cho 2 nhóm ngành khoa học sức khỏe, đào tạo giáo viên; ngưỡng tối thiểu cho học sinh các trường dân tộc nội trú (hiện nay, quy chế cho tuyển thẳng mà không cần điều kiện).
Còn theo PGS. TS Nguyễn Phong Điền, Phó hiệu trưởng trường ĐH Bách khoa Hà Nội, Bộ GD&ĐT quy định lọc ảo như thế nào cũng không ảnh hưởng nhiều đến trường. Năm nay, trường ĐH Bách khoa Hà Nội vẫn tiếp tục chạy phần mềm lọc ảo đối với nhóm trường ĐH khu vực phía Bắc như mọi năm. Nếu Bộ GD&ĐT quy định đưa tất cả các phương thức xét tuyển cùng lọc ảo thì sẽ phải có động thái cấm các trường không được xét tuyển các phương thức riêng trước. “Điều này không vi phạm tự chủ tuyển sinh.
