Hôm qua, 8/5, Ngày hội tư vấn tuyển sinh và hướng nghiệp của các trường đại học tại khu vực Hà Nội đã diễn ra tại trường Đại học (ĐH) Bách khoa Hà Nội thu hút hàng nghìn thí sinh.
“Đói” thông tin
Nguyễn Hồng Nhinh, học sinh lớp 12 một trường THPT trên địa bàn Hà Nội có mặt tại gian hàng Trường ĐH Công nghệ Giao thông Vận tải đưa ra các câu hỏi tìm hiểu về ngành Kế toán. Nhi cho biết, ở trên lớp, do mới đến thời gian đăng ký thi tốt nghiệp nên giáo viên chủ nhiệm chỉ hướng dẫn sơ qua thông tin liên quan vấn đề này. Còn về hướng nghiệp, Nhinh phải tự tìm hiểu trên mạng internet hoặc gặp gỡ bộ phận tư vấn của các trường để chọn theo học ngành nào.

Ghi nhận cho thấy, có nhiều thí sinh gần như chưa nắm được các thông tin tuyển sinh năm nay. Nguyên nhân do Bộ GD&ĐT đã tách đăng ký nguyện vọng ra khỏi đợt đăng ký thi tốt nghiệp. Hơn nữa, đợt đăng ký này lại diễn ra sau kỳ thi tốt nghiệp THPT nên gần như các trường THPT chưa thông tin cho thí sinh về vấn đề tuyển sinh ĐH. Điều này nguy hiểm ở chỗ, cổng tuyển sinh của Bộ GD&ĐT chỉ mở sau khi thí sinh đã biết điểm thi tốt nghiệp THPT nhưng năm nay lần đầu tiên Bộ tổ chức lọc ảo chung tất cả các phương thức, trong khi đó, các trường ĐH đã bắt đầu xét tuyển các phương thức riêng. Vì vậy, nếu thí sinh không được cung cấp thông tin, bỏ qua giai đoạn đăng ký xét tuyển riêng này, đến khi Bộ GD&ĐT mở cổng đăng ký, thí sinh dù có đăng ký phương thức xét tuyển riêng của trường lên hệ thống thì cũng không được chấp nhận.
Trong mùa tuyển sinh năm 2022, có khoảng 20 phương thức được các trường đưa ra để xét tuyển. Sự đa dạng trong các phương thức tuyển sinh này cũng khiến nhiều thí sinh lo lắng.
TS Nguyễn Viết Thái, Trưởng phòng Truyền thông, trường ĐH Thương mại nhắc thí sinh với các phương thức xét tuyển riêng, thí sinh phải đăng ký xét tuyển tại trường muốn học theo quy định và đăng ký lại tại hệ thống tuyển sinh của Bộ GD&ĐT. Thiếu một trong hai nơi, kết quả xét tuyển sẽ không được chấp nhận.
PGS.TS Nguyễn Thu Thủy, Vụ trưởng Vụ Giáo dục ĐH, Bộ GD&ĐT, cho biết khi thí sinh đăng ký một nguyện vọng vào trường ĐH thì sẽ phải đăng ký luôn ngành đào tạo nào, phương thức nào mà học sinh đã nộp hồ sơ, tương ứng với mã ngành cụ thể.
Và theo thứ tự, nguyện vọng nào thí sinh mong muốn nhất thì xếp lên đầu tiên, rồi đến nguyện vọng tiếp theo cho đến hết. Trường hợp thí sinh đủ điều kiện trúng tuyển nhiều nguyện vọng thì hệ thống lọc ảo của Bộ GD&ĐT sẽ chỉ xác định cho thí sinh đỗ 1 nguyện vọng được xếp ưu tiên cao nhất.
PGS.TS Nguyễn Thu Thủy cũng tư vấn thí sinh có thể đăng ký nhiều nguyện vọng vào 1 trường và nhiều trường nhưng chỉ khi đăng ký trên hệ thống của Bộ GD&ĐT thì việc xếp ưu tiên các nguyện vọng mới có ý nghĩa. Vì phần mềm sẽ tự động chạy lọc ảo để thí sinh trúng tuyển một nguyện vọng được ưu tiên cao nhất theo đăng ký của thí sinh trên hệ thống này. Còn trước đó, thí sinh có thể đăng ký xét tuyển tại trường để các trường có danh sách trúng tuyển tạm thời, cập nhật lên hệ thống.
Phương thức xét tuyển nào chiếm ưu thế?
PGS.TS Nguyễn Thu Thủy khẳng định, năm nay, tới 90% vẫn xét tuyển theo 2 phương thức học bạ và điểm thi tốt nghiệp THPT. Như vậy chỉ chưa đến 10% chỉ tiêu được các trường dành cho các phương thức xét tuyển khác. Vì thế cơ hội của thí sinh vẫn rất lớn.
“Ngoại trừ những trường thi tuyển bằng các môn năng khiếu, còn lại hầu hết các trường khác đều có sử dụng phương thức xét điểm thi tốt nghiệp THPT và học bạ. Không trúng tuyển vào trường này, các em vẫn có cơ hội ở rất nhiều trường khác. Tất nhiên, khi mong muốn đỗ vào những trường top đầu thì mức độ cạnh tranh lúc nào cũng cao hơn, dù bằng phương thức nào đi chăng nữa. Chính vì thế, thí sinh luôn cần giữ tâm thế vươn lên để vào được các trường hàng đầu”, bà Thủy nói.
