Riêng hoạt động tổ chức lễ khai giảng năm học mới, Sở GD-ĐT yêu cầu các trường tổ chức theo hướng gọn nhẹ, phù hợp với điều kiện địa phương, nhà trường, tạo không khí vui tươi, phấn khởi của ngày khai giảng-Ngày hội toàn dân đưa trẻ đến trường.
Nhà trường được yêu cầu đảm bảo ổn định và duy trì nề nếp học tập ngay sau lễ khai giảng, ban hành kế hoạch giáo dục nhà trường trong năm học bảo đảm nội dung chương trình giáo dục theo quy định.
Sở GD-ĐT yêu cầu việc tổ chức các hoạt động đầu năm cần phù hợp với lứa tuổi, điều kiện của nhà trường, gắn với thực tế của địa phương, chú trọng xây dựng văn hóa học đường ngay từ những ngày đầu năm học; phối hợp tốt với phụ huynh học sinh để tạo đồng thuận, chia sẻ, hỗ trợ ngành Giáo dục thực hiện tốt nhiệm vụ năm học đề ra, xây dựng kế hoạch thực hiện không gian văn hóa Hồ Chí Minh tại cơ sở.
